Refund Policy
Design Fee is non-refundable on approved designs. If exclusivity fee is paid but a purchase of decals is not fulfilled, the exclusive design fee will be refunded and the designed decals will be for sale to the public. Decals are sent via parcel post with tracking and insurance. In the event of lost, damaged or otherwise perished product in the mail, an insurance claim will be made to the carrier and decals may be replaced pending the outcome of the insurance claim. Decals that are damaged due to printing issues will be replaced at no additional cost. Reprints or replacements due to user error or requests for changes to design after approval may result in additional fees. Refunds will strictly be issued in the same method in which payment was made.
